The Gathering begins at 9 am on Friday, January 10, and ends at 1 pm on Sunday, January 12, 2025.

Only those who select the premium option will have accommodations at the conference center. Additional lodging is available nearby at an additional cost.
All guests can arrive as early as 8 am to receive breakfast. There will be a break for lunch and dinner options at the end of the day's sessions. All meals are served in the dining room. There will also be a variety of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
